Essential Qualification:
4. The eligibility criteria as per RRs are as under:- Deputation (Including short-term contract): “Officers under the Central Government or State Governments or Union Territories Administration or recognized research institutions or Public Sector undertakings or semi-Government or Statutory organizations or autonomous bodies, –
(a) (i) holding analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or
(ii) with two years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in Level-13 in the pay matrix Rs.123100-215900 or equivalent in the parent cadre or department, and
(b) possessing degree In printing technology from a recognized University or institute with 12 years experience including two years in printing matters.” Desirable:-
(i) Masters in Business Administration degree with at least 1 years experience in the field of Administration, Finance, and Vigilance.
(ii) Knowledge or labor handling. Factories Act. Compensation Act.

- 12 – 15 years
Age Limit:
- The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation (including Short Term Contract) shall not exceed 56 years as of the closing date of receipt of applications.

Pay Scale Details:
- Pay Level-13A in the Pay Matrix Rs.131100-216600 as per 7th CPC or pre-revised (as per 6th CPC) scale of pay of PB-4, Rs. 37,400-67,000, plus Grade Pay Rs. 8,900/-.
Mode of Selection:
- Selection will be based on Deputation Basis.
