Essential Qualification:
1. Office Attendant Eligibility: A Matriculate pass is required. It is preferable if you can read and write in the local language. The candidate should preferably be a resident of the RSETI’s district of operation.
2. Two Office Attendants at RSETI, Dhanbad, on a two-year contract basis. Additional renewal is possible depending on satisfactory conduct/behavior and for a maximum of 5 years. Either party can end the contract by giving one month’s notice.
3. Leave: A maximum of 12 days per calendar year, limited to a maximum of 4 days each occasion, may be taken only with the RSETI Director’s prior approval. Even if there is a provision for encashment of leave, it is not available.

Mode of Selection:
1. The selection is based on performance in the written test and personal interview. The decision of the Bank in this regard will be final. Kindly note that the written test will be conducted in the English language only.
